We have dedicated our careers to building healthcare solutions and have built a vast network of very smart people anchored by our personal experience with health systems and major technology vendors.
Mike Springer
co-Founder, Advisor
Mike is a co-founder and co-CEO of YOUnified Health and serves as a judge for the UCSF Digital Health Awards. Mike was a former Chief, Executive Relations and CIO Liaison for Philips Healthcare where he was part of a team that developed a significant market for the Philips HealthSuite Digital Platform. Mike worked closely with numerous emerging tech companies in his tenure at Philips. Mike has also served successfully in leadership roles in digital healthcare with Salesforce, Cerner, Siemens, and WebMD. Mike has been part of seven successful start ups and early stage technology companies in healthcare. Mike's 25 years of healthcare tech experience has focused on customer solutions and has spanned Sales, Business Development, Implementation, and Product Management.

Matt Long
CEO, co-Founder
Matt's career has focused on bringing customer focused solutions to market for both small, entrepreneurial companies and large, multinational corporations. Most recently he was Vice President of Philips Healthcare where he led the Connected Solutions team - a team focused on solving customer problems that spanned the continuum of care. The team focused on providing non-traditional solutions across Consumer Health, Acute Care and AI, and Post-Acute Care including Population Health and Home Care. Prior to leading Connected Solutions, Matt was the Market Leader for Philips' Healthcare informatics business in North America. Under Matt's leadership the Healthcare Informatics business was consistently the market leader and became a significant contributor to Philips' overall healthcare business. Matt has held leadership positions in a number of emerging and start-up healthcare companies. At Stentor, a startup spun out of UPMC, Matt led Sales and Marketing - Stentor was purchased by Philips in 2005. Prior to Stentor, he was the European Business Leader and VP of Marketing for Imation/Cemax-Icon which was ultimately purchased by Kodak. Matt began his career with a defense contractor where he designed graphics subsystems for flight simulators.
Matt received a BSEE from Santa Clara University.
