With the healthcare ecosystem focus on consumerism, it is even more important to actually extend testing into real life settings.  YOUnified Health Real LIfe Labs is a loft space equipped to simulate an actual living space.

Our process is founded on Design Thinking, a solution generating process that involves

(2) Brainstorming Sessions

(3) Challenge Assumptions
(3) Redefining Problems
(4) Testing and Iterating

We also additionally extend the process to test the solution (or prototype in a real life setting with real life people.  We have the option of filming the users so that we can provide different teams with unbiased feedback and first hand experience.
